Named environmental project portfolio
Chairmanship of WasteServ Malta through infrastructure, operational change and public accountability.
NERVE helps businesses and public bodies turn complexity into something people understand, trust and act on. You get clear strategy, straight advice and senior execution grounded in leadership, technology and public impact.
Four expert disciplines, plus TUTELA: NERVE’s integrated system service for moving work from communication to accountable delivery. Start with one capability or combine them around the outcome.
One connected operating system that catches what matters, assigns what happens next and keeps the evidence attached—from the first message to the final outcome.

ONE SYSTEM · SIX PRODUCTS · ZERO RETYPING
Start with the sharpest operational problem. Every component works in its own right; together they create one continuous record of communication, ownership, progress and proof.
Every conversation, ranked and private.
Every decision, owned and dated.
Every project, milestone and risk.
Funding fit before effort is spent.
Authority, chronology and evidence.
Market signals routed to action.
HOW WORK MOVES
CRAWLit keeps messages, contacts and history encrypted on the owner’s device.
Actions, projects, funding, cases and market watch remain under the customer’s keys and control.
NERVE MAKES THE SYSTEM OPERATIONAL
NERVE connects the operating model, system architecture, governance and human change—so TUTELA becomes the way work moves, not another platform people avoid.
ENGINE 211 · VERIFIED macOS FOUNDATION. Company modules move through customer-cloud connection and production acceptance before deployment. Nothing is presented as production-ready before it passes that gate.
Discuss your TUTELA architectureBefore you spend a cent, get clear on who you need to reach, what to tell them and how you’ll know it worked.
Who to reach, what to say, which channels, what budget, and how you’ll measure it. For a year or a single campaign.
Your positioning, key messages and tone of voice, written down so everyone says the same thing.
Campaigns designed to move behaviour, align stakeholders and make the intended change measurable.
Publicity plans and campaigns that meet EU funding rules, for public bodies, NGOs and project partners.
When scrutiny arrives or conditions change, NERVE brings senior judgement, message discipline and a calm route forward.
Mock interviews, difficult questions and message discipline for leaders who need to perform under pressure.
Press releases, pitching to Maltese media, press conferences and launches that get covered.
Holding statements, Q&As and a calm plan for when something goes wrong, ready before it does.
NERVE reviews the current position and delivers a short, candid report with clear fixes. A strong first step.
Roadshows, door-to-door outreach and public information sessions that bring people with you.
Stop guessing. Find out who your audience really is, what they think of you, and what your money is bringing back.
Who your audience really is, what competitors are doing, and what people are saying about you online.
Social media, search, ads and analytics: what to keep, what to fix and what to stop paying for.
Clear proof of what a campaign achieved, in plain English for your board or your funders.
When it needs to be made, written or run, NERVE takes responsibility and sees it through.
Launches, conferences and island-wide tours, planned and run end to end, on budget.
Website copy, brochures, speeches and TV or radio scripts, in English and Maltese.
Monthly content and posting, handled for you, with a short report on what’s working.
Small, clear pieces of work with a fixed scope, so you can see how NERVE works before committing to more.
A review of your current communications and a short report you can act on straight away.
A one-day workshop that gets you or your team confident in front of a camera or microphone.
A half-day workshop that turns your idea into a one-page campaign plan.
Tell NERVE what must change, and we’ll identify the fastest credible route there.

From communication to accountable delivery.
Start with the one that solves your sharpest problem. Add the others when the team is ready.

Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Facebook arrive on one board, already ranked. Your messages, contacts and history are stored encrypted on your own machine.
You open your laptop and have to check six apps to find out who needs you. CRAWLit puts them all in one list, most important first, so you know where to start.
Personal component, on your own computer

A decision in a meeting or a message becomes a task with one owner and one date. Delegated work must be accepted, and stalled work is raised before a client has to ask.
Someone says “I’ll handle it” in a meeting, and by Friday it’s forgotten. DOit writes it down with a name and a date, and nudges the right person before it slips.
Company component, in your company’s own cloud

Milestones, risks, decisions and evidence stay together for every project, and the whole portfolio reads in a minute.
Instead of chasing five people for a status update, you open one screen and see which projects are on track and which need a conversation.
Company component, in your company’s own cloud

FUNDit scans EU, national, local and international funding and matches each call against your live projects, with the reasoning shown.
Grant applications take weeks. FUNDit tells you early whether a call is worth your time, and which documents you still need.
Company component, in your company’s own cloud

Every commitment, decision, message and document in a case is filed as it happens, in a chronology that cannot be quietly rewritten.
When a client asks what was agreed in March, the answer is in one place, in order, with the email and the approval attached.
Company component, in your company’s own cloud

A short morning digest of your industry and the competitors you name, from public sources. Signals that need a response go straight into a task, a case or a funding check.
Instead of skimming ten news sites, you get a short morning read on your sector and the competitors you care about.
Company component, in your company’s own cloud
Messages sit in one place, promises in someone's head, evidence in a folder nobody can find. Every gap costs a follow-up, a missed date or an awkward call to a client. TUTELA closes those gaps with one connected system.
| Area | Without TUTELA | With TUTELA |
|---|---|---|
| MessagesCRAWLit | Six inboxes, checked one by one | One ranked board, most urgent first |
| PromisesDOit | Agreed in a meeting, remembered by nobody | One owner, one date, accepted in writing |
| ProjectsTRACKit | Status chased by email and phone | The whole portfolio read in a minute |
| FundingFUNDit | Weeks spent on calls you could never win | Eligibility tested before any effort is spent |
| CasesCOMMit | History scattered across inboxes and drives | One dated chronology that cannot be rewritten |
| MarketFOLLOWit | Ten news sites skimmed, or none at all | One short morning digest, routed to action |
TUTELA brings messages, actions, projects, funding evidence and case history into one working system.

Three components where the day moves get live columns. Three others stay quiet and report only when something changes.

An example morning on the Your Day page.
Columns capped to the handful of items that need you now.
One line each, and only when something has changed.
A deadline in its final week moves onto the main board for the day.

Draft for review: to be checked by a Maltese lawyer before the website goes live. Details in [square brackets] need filling in.
These terms apply to services provided by David Borg, trading as NERVE, based in Malta (VAT number [VAT NUMBER]). You can reach me at david.borg.general@gmail.com or +356 7944 7209.
These terms apply to every piece of work I do for you, together with the proposal or quote you accept. If the two ever disagree, the proposal or quote wins.
Every project starts with a written proposal setting out what I’ll do, by when and for how much. Quotes are valid for [30] days. The work is agreed once you accept the proposal in writing, by email is fine.
Fees are as set out in the proposal and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. For larger projects I ask for [50]% before work starts and the rest on completion, or in agreed stages. Invoices are due within [30] days. I may pause work if an invoice is overdue.
If you’d like to change or add to the work, just tell me. I’ll let you know in writing if it affects the price or timing before I go ahead.
To do a good job I need accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and access to the people and materials agreed in the proposal. You confirm that anything you give me to use, such as logos, photos or text, is yours to share or that you have permission to use it.
I’ll ask you to approve key materials, such as press releases, campaign designs and scripts, before they go out. Once approved, you take responsibility for their content.
Costs from other suppliers, such as printing, advertising space, venues, filming or catering, are not included in my fees unless the proposal says so. I’ll always agree them with you first.
You can cancel or postpone at any time by telling me in writing. You’ll pay for work already done and any third-party costs already committed. For workshops and events cancelled less than [14] days before the date, [50]% of the fee for that day is payable.
Once the work is paid for in full, the final materials I create for you are yours to use. I keep the rights to my own methods, templates and know-how. I won’t show your project in my portfolio without your permission.
I treat everything you share with me as confidential and only use it for your project, unless the law requires otherwise or you agree in writing.
I handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Maltese law. See the privacy notice on this website for details.
I’ll always give you my best work and honest advice. But some things are outside anyone’s control, such as whether a journalist runs a story or how the public reacts, so I can’t guarantee specific results, coverage or sales.
My total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project. I’m not liable for indirect losses, such as loss of profit or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Either of us can end an ongoing arrangement, such as monthly social media management, with [30] days’ notice in writing. You’ll pay for work done up to the end date.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. If a problem comes up, let’s talk first. If we can’t sort it out, the courts of Malta will decide.
I may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you accept the proposal.
